Way too much of a pretty-boy to be taken seriously as Bond. I never had much interest watching anyone - other than Sean Connery - until Daniel Craig came along. Pierce was a a good Bond but, in my opinion, wasn't tough enough. Ian Fleming intended Bond to be a hardass Brtish assassin AND a gentleman. Daniel Craig and Tim Dalton were the only actor to seriously play the character.
