@WeasleysNumerOneGirl (this is ghostieboo posting from my other account) It does work, but there are a couple of catches. You HAVE to use a light coloured polish or else the designs won't show up. Also, it doesn't work on windows 7 (found that out after I got a new computer) I'd say it's worth it if you're REALLY into nail art and whatnot and under the age of 16. If you're older then it's fun for a couple of weeks, but then loses its excitement.

for some reason, my finger appears way smaller than the oval on the screen. at first, i thought thaat maybe its just cuz my finger nails are small but when i used the alignment card, even that was too small. i even pushed back to elevate it! is it a problem with my camera or something else? someone please help!

@mayusa19 you can only use light polishes, otherwise the images won't show up. I don't think the images would show up very well over any sort of glitter polish

i got one for christmas. i installed it, did the printer allignment thingy and when i go to design and print to do my nails i move the design and put it where i want it but when i print the design it comes out blurry and on my skin it doesnt even print it where i want it! HELP!

There is none , if you buy it , it gives you the # and website on the outside of the box in tiny print if you look hard enough and its also in the instructions i believe ^.^

How many bottles of polish are there and is there a special kind of ink you have to buy? What happens when u run out of polish can u just not use it anymore?

It comes with 3: Generic White Polish, Generic Clear Topcoat, and the Special Topcoat which you MUST use or else the ink wont stick.

You can use ANY brand of light nail polish you want. The only thing you have to use is the "Special" topcoat because it creates a sticky surface on your nail for the ink to stick to.

If you run out, contact Mattel for replacements.

I'm not really sure how long the ink lasts, but when it runs out you have to order it through Mattel

This printer is wonderful. I have had mine for over a month now and am learning little tricks to get the best out of it. The more I use the printer, the more I learn what I can achieve with it and what I can't. I could never spend 800.00 to 1000.00 dollars on a high class digital printer so the Barbie model will do. Even if it is marketed for kids. I did a video of some of the nail art I did on with mine. My friends love coming over and having me do their nails. It's so much fun :D

I actually considered returning it, because I wish the images were a little more clear, and i wish they fit my whole nail, and also it would be nice if you could do the colour images over non EXTREME pastels. Thats my opinion as a 25 year old girl. Now...as for my 9 year old neighbour...it worked perfect on her, and i think a child would have A BLAST with it. Its easy to use and all the coolest images could fit her nail

I'm not so sure it will work for long nailbeds (which if you have them im SO jealous!) my nails arent thaaaat long, and it wont go to the tip.

You can use any light coloured polish that you want, but dont go too dark because you wont be able to see the images very well

Yep! you can upload any image you want, and print it on your nails! Its pretty awesome. The last pic in the video is my face that i uploaded and printed lol
