I am a certified PMA instructor. I actually use some of these moves. I watch for neutral pelvis, shoulder girdle stability, wrist alignment, and using the correct core muscles to achieve the technique. Since they are dance like and really are quite fun, my clients love them. Why not include a few of these? It adds variety, balance, coordination which we lose as we age. I'd say give them a try but teach under YOUR protocols.
This is such a scam. she took some moves and twisted them and combined to put her name on it. She doesn't know how muscles work, I saw her trying to "explain" once. Also some of her movements are dangerous, so if you are a beginner be careful. In general you should avoid her.
@MyFitnessLife the reason why I commented about her is because I tried her workout sham. If you only research her, you would see how many (all) personal trainers criticize her made up nonsense stuff. And unlike her, they are certified in health and fitness.
Also a little tip: if you spend 2 years just jumping around you would prob get even better results than doing her exercises.
But that's ok, con people have to make a living too so just stick to your stuff.
Jennifer Lopez has great legs because of her inherited genetics. Her workout, more than likely, has little if anything to do with her figure. She has a mesomorph body type.
I love how these "methods" lead people to believe that an ectomorph can build muscle like a mesomorph. The reverse is true when mesomorphs want to look long and lean like a swimmer.
I try to encourage my clients to be all they can be... within their body type.
I know what you mean! But - this method is different (and Tracy does not pay me to say this lol).
I am doing it myself since 1.5 years. My body has dramatically changed and even my skin tone is much better now. With this you actually can fight saddle bags or love handles. Try it to find out yourself.
@bjtucker5 yeah thats the problem i have with tracy. I keep trying to figure when is she gonna give a disclaimer because I have an ectomorph physique & I want to build my behind. the amount of reps she does will only force me to lose what little I have. I wish she made work out video's for everyone not just for fat heifers looking to lose weight.
You may want to consider doing leg presses and squats and go deep. The deeper you go the more you recruit the buttock muscles at the push off. Not bragging but rather speaking from a genetic standpoint, I've inherited a round "bubble-butt" from my mom, and in turn, I've passed that trait on to my son. Basically, you have to work within your genetic parameters and be content with that. If you're interested, kennyfame, I can recommend a good protocol if interested. Just give me a shout.
Sorry for late reply. Check out this Super Slow protocol, and I'd recommend getting the book "Body by Science." It's research based, and it doesn't mince words about what you can and can't achieve: Look up Todd Beard body by science on youtube.
It's the hardest work you'll do in your life. But you still have to keep genetics in mind. I inherited a bubble butt but have skinny calves. Calves have pennate muscles that don't leave much room for growth like biceps or chest.
You either have diamond shaped calves or you don't. Or the improvements will be minimal. For ex, my wife's butt has been getting stronger and more defined, but it's flat compared to what I've inherited. J-Lo has a great butt because a lot of Latinos and Brazilians are known for that. It's in the gene pool.
So I encourage you to be the best your body type can be, not another's body type. That being said, I feel that strength training is the best modality to express this.
the bitch who is intervewing considers herself really smart and she is mocking tracy a little bit towards the end she is condecending and she is not compleetly honest when she is saying awsome workout ''or something'' she is counting on finding some weathy sugar daddy to sort out her miserable life

All I have to say is, you have not tried it you cannot judge. I am doing this since 2 years, and I am fit and firm and in top shape.
This method is different, too much for many people to understand.
But that's ok, just stick with your stuff.

@av2303
I'm glad it's working for you.
How long does each session take and how many times a week?
bjtucker5 4 months ago
@bjtucker5
With Tracy's newest program its 30 min Cardio and 30 min Mat Workout. I do it 6 times a week.

@av2303
if i only do 30 min on Mat Workout and 30 min on Bicycle Machine. but not Cardio. is that work?
jenicewong 3 days ago
@av2303
To get best results you should do dance cardio or at least mix your cardio up. Don't work the large muscle groups too much
