This is so sad. Why do these pervs get to go out and still live amongst children? Poor Haleigh, living right in the middle of 44 (or more) offenders.
These sickos need to be sent into the ocean on a little raft going nowhere so a shark can do them in. No overpopulation in jails/ prisons, no ability to live around possible future victims, problem solved.

I live in Florida and I'm afraid now of raising my children when I do have them here. Although kidnapping happens all over. Just seems It has happened alot in Florida. I live near Putnam and it breaks my heart to see this.
