Does anyone have an opinion of what are the best on line real estate auction sites currently out there?

I have been buying investment properties from on line real estate auction sites for years and Government Auction is by far the best.

If you go to their website, some of the lots they have for sale look amazing. Its almost too good to be true.

Yes, I purchased several lots that were for sale on governmentauctions website and resold them at a huge profit. The bidding was very user friendly and professional. Two thumbs up.

Has anyone had any problems purchasing lots from on line real estate auction sites? My husband and I are considering looking for land for sale on these sites, but I want to make sure everything is legit first.

I went to the governmentauction website and they offer a free land buying guide for download. I decided to download it and couldnt believe all the great info I got for free. Now Im thinking of going on line and visiting more real estate auction sites.

Online real estate auction sites are a great way to purchase land at rock bottom prices. I was very surprised to know that anyone can qualify for financing. If you look hard enough, you can find some great lots for sale to bid on.

I have heard about lots for sale by the government but wondered if the land would be desirable. If the lots offered are anything like in this video, this may be a great way to purchase land on line.

The lots for sale in this video are so much nicer than I have seen on any other on line real estate auction sites. I have been in the market for an ocean front lot on line and I am definitely going to bid on some of the ones they offer on their real estate auction site.
