It looks like you have put a ton of work into your swing. When you don't hit it solid, what is the mishit? Do you push it, hit it thin, slice it, etc? Let me know.
Don't listen to cbfree. I do think most everyone would benefit from a flatter wrist at the top. Contact and Control. Good contact will lead to distance. Compression.
Looks good at the top. try to maintain your angles a touch more just through impact.

Very Hogan-esk. Flat left wrist at the top, lower plane. It doesn't get much better than that. One of the best swings I've ever seen. I love it.
