Guarra Rufa suck, Chin Chin grow teeth, when they get too big, they are "disposed of" The reason they use Chin Chin rather then Guarra? Chin Chin are a fraction of the cost to buy. Well as you can see there is a drain in each little tub thing. I'm guessing they drain water out as they pour new water in, probably through a built in faucet as well. It has to be a quick procedure so the water it pumps in is probably all ready for the fish, right temperature and all. I'm no expert though. It's just a guess.
