@MrStryker777 man, Sam is Samantha's Teddy Bear that you see in every map. Samantha is Dr. Maxis daughter that was killed by helldogs in Der Riese. After she died, she turned into a ghost and she is now in almost every map. In moon, if you do the easter egg she will appear and after you blow the earth she will give you every perk.
