I think we should stop wasting time and resources trying to make humans out of metal. Thats what we seem to be striving for if we're trying to make robots feel emotions. I think were quite capable of it, the technology isn't that far off. But what good will it do? If we do anything with it, it will turn out like any old sci-fi robot movie. They don't want to be enslaved, they rise up and revolt and ether they kill us all or were left having to share our already limited resources with them.
