Those are Scottish Bagpipes being played on St Patrick's Day. The Irish have nothing to do with it. Just br gratefull someone is still playing these songs on the other side of the world. Whose the DICKHEAD?
i disagree, the piper wasnt bad at all, maybe needed a little tuning, but not bad. it was kinda weird though playing in sucha small area. dont listen to them others guys, and maybe this year play something more irish, like wearing of the green or dark island, they kick ass, goodluck
