Well you must know the game it self is anticommunist ( Evil Communists want to rule the world ). If you play for the soviets, than stalinism ( Because the USSR was not communist ) rules the world. If you play for the allies, capitalism and democracy wins the day.

The game is very american and pro capitalist democracy. In the end the only real good side, are the capitalist allies, because they stand for freedom and democracy beside capitalism. But i hate those American RA3 presidents.
