@pr1nyc1 push the cable up. If you use it too many times the cable gets worn out quickly. HP's cables are bargain-basement so other cables won't wear out no matter how many times you plug and un-plug from the TP.

@AtactHD they just changed the feeds. I had the same problems as you and did some research. What I found was new Instructions over here:

webos-internals(dot)org/wiki/T­esting_Feeds

Go to enable beta testing feeds, follow the instructions. Find F-4 Phantom in Preware after that. Get that and Govnah, then do a restart. Go to Govnah and change the clock speed to 1.8whatever it is, and you're done.

Something is really wrong here. I followed your instruction and proceeded smoothly but Govnah only show CPU 1 Frequency of 1.7Ghz. CPU 2 never show when Profile is Unknown. If I choose OnDemandTcl 1512 Profile, CPU1 will becomes 1.512 Ghz (common sense as it's stated 1512) and I can adjust MAX Freq up to 1.944 Ghz but I cannot apply with the setting (error: unable to open /sys/...../scaling_governor

NOW The Kernal has been updated to 1.9Ghz AWESOME! If you guys are having trouble seeing this Kernal. make sure you add the feed properly. When you add it, you have to restart your HP Touchpad. When you restart it, open up PREWARE again and hit update feeds! You have to update the feed! That should make it work :P

Guys, you need to webOS update(3.0.2 xx version) first!! I tried so many times then figured out it. If your device version is 3.0.0 xx, 1.5GHz is max and today, F15C Eagle updated 1.9GHz. IT'S SO MUCH FASTER!! UPDATE YOUR DEVICE FIRST THEN TRY TO OVERCLOCK!!!!!

I can NOT get this to work.  I copied and pasted the names/URL's like the 10th time trying just to ensure I have them EXACT. The first 2 feeds install & show perfectly in the feeds list. webos-kernels-testing doesn't show up in the list after adding it EXACTLY, adding feed, selecting YES to install the feed, and then doing a hard reset. I don't recommend overclocking anything that is not a desktop PC. You risk overheating and or damaging the hardware inside. There is a reason people don't overclock laptops, but at least laptops have fans to help keep them cool but tablets have no fans. If you decide to overclock it I strongly recommend that you don't overclock over 1.5 Ghz. Any overclock voids your warranty also.
