you should have placed it in a pan with some onion and pineapple and basted that baby. But I'm sure it came out delicious regardless :) nice grill I'm jealous
I have the 1st model issued, bought about 10 years ago. I still use it but time and corrosion have sealed its final season of use. The main area of concern is the bottom kettle which has the charcole grill holders. Those holders 1st rusted out on the inside and could no longer hold the grill. That rust went through to the outside and caused a hole to show. Yes, I have kept it covered all these years. I think the humidity and constant exposure to the elements just defeated the rust protection.
