people, and in capitalism it is more like plutocracy - power of the rich. However, some types of communism are dictatorial, but so is capitalism, if we look at Batista's Cuba in the 50s, Pinochet's Chile in the 70s, most of today's third world, Fascist Italy, Nazi Germany or much other capitalist states which didn't really provide rights to their inhabitants... Think about it better!
