Im currently 14 studying to become a trader and i love your apartment, when i grow up I'm going to live there! how much did you pay for it? and what area is (east side, west)
I love the view of the streets from ur window!!! it takes my breath away!!! it's like in the song of Jay Z " ...there's nothing u can't do, now u're in NY, these streets will make u feel brand new, big lights will inspire u..." it's really amazing!!!
how much did this cost you? after i finish schooling at oklahoma state i plan on getting my PGA tour card, makin some money, then getting a place in manhattan. I've been trying to find prices. (I'm only 17 so I've got a few years) lol
@cam21fr Well quite honestly this was my brothers old apartment. I don't know what the rent was there but the name of the building was M.A.R.C 54th St and 8th Avenue.
It's a shame that people like you get to live in NYC, People who have no clue of anything about buildings and really not respect the glamour of the city. Damn i would kill to get one of those apartments.
@MrFrostyBoy1 WHAT VIEW YOU IDIOT SEEING THE SAME BUILDINGS EVERYDAY STUPID TOURISTS I HATE YOU NYC USED TO BE SO GOOD WITHOUT THE TIMES SQAURE AND ROCKFELLER NOW ITS CROWDED AND FULL OF IDIOTS LIKE YOU;
Its a daily rental apartment in the financial district of manhattan, they rent them for people that come to new york for business from a day to few weeks, hes not from nyc, cause he said hes bored, theres no entertaining things on that, area its moatly business lol
I visited NYC briefly in 2010 -- had lived there for about 17 years way before, live in Paris, France now. Hey, I had a nice two bedroom on the upper east side and I just never cared for Manhattan. I ended up in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn on Prospect Park and liked it way better, loved horseback riding, didn't mind the F train ride, a taxi was not costly. I just liked it better out there. I do a couple of channels here you might like. Uprated.
If you are making a video, at least have the decency of not using swear words and seeming incredibly ignorant about where you live. If you are lucky enough to have a nice apartment with a wonderful view, it wouldn't kill to do a bit of research to know what building is across the street.
Man you're living my dream. I wanna view like that. Prety expencive to live their though. I'v seen appartments the same size as my flat right now for a million dollars.
Oh Man I love it!!! I am trying to find a apartment In NYC.....I want a awsome veiw, and you have one! lol. Where is this? whats the name of the building? is it expensive? sorry for all the questions.
I went to visit my cousin in newyork, and his place was high like yours. Man i was on my hands, and knees. Couldn't even look out the windows. I barely got on the elevator. I am officially scared of heights.
hey iam in high school right now trying to go to columbia university to become a producer and iam trying to know what aparment complex is closer to the school in New york city
@DRIFTFACTOR3 If you get to go to CU then you will have access to the resources of Columbia's housing office, and through them you can rent out "university housing", this may be your best bet if you have no idea what's going on in the NYC apartment market.
hey, im a subscriber, i hope this question isnt going into too much depth but your apartments are awesome and iwant to live there, so my question is how much is the rent and what kind of job do you have?
@smoothmusic07 Hey thanks for being a subscriber. I don't pay any rent and currently do not have a job, but what I am doing is training for a 3d program and learning photoshop at my brothers office. My brothers pay the rent with the company money, they own the company. The new apartment is $11,000 a month.
@SecularSloth well me i lived in NYC for 17 years and i like that kind of apartment but i had a big one do to my dad haveing a good job but now am 17 years old and am out on my own soon so i plane on moveing back to NY. NJ is geting old.
looking at this video when u were close to the window made me feel like was about to fall . lol im scared of heights but thats a good view though i wouldnt mind living there
@Czarny621... seriously, when you know that much and have like 3 degrees you're worth that much, people with PhDs and Masters are like 5% of the population so of course after you graduate from NYU or Columbia after having worked your way up you'll be able to find work in NYC more easily, hell, of course they're going to give a green card to you over most people because you have more education than 95% of the country, the thing is, IT'S POSSIBLE, I'm on my way to doing it, why couldn't you??
@Czarny621... my point is that if you go to college you can work your way up to a good university, you understand me? You can go to college to the University of Warsaw (for example), get super good grades, apply for masters at Manchester University in the UK (which is not a bad university, actually pretty good) and then you can apply for PhD at Harvard and seriously you can get accepted. I know mofos from my country, that started that way and have like degrees from Harvard, Oxford...
@Czarny621 well whatever you do, education is the word, get a good education, the better the university the better your chances, and the higher your degree too, if you get a college degree in Poland, excel and shit, then apply for grad school at a good university then it's possible, the thing here is to move up, gradually, first the college degree at home (or overseas if you can) then a masters at a good university (or halfway decent) and then a PhD at a good university, if you start now...
@Czarny621... from other countries, I met a dude from Iran who was a math genius who was discovered when he was like 16 or 17, a professor from Oxford University took him under his wing and brought him to Oxford, he's now a PostDoc and joined the staff of the university recently. So it's not impossible, especially if you're that driven, the key is education. If you get discovered or are that good you can even go to the UK or USA for college...
@Czarny621 Well it depends what profession you have, if it pays well then you should have no problem, but if you don't reel in a decent paying job then you might have trouble finding places to live here.
astronomer. I'll be an astronomer. Medium earnings of that proffesion are: from 90 000$-110 000$ per year = 8000-10000 per month ;) But, there's question. Do I have chances to work as astronomer in NY? Me? Guy from [fuck*d] Poland? I heard, that learning in USA is pretty expensive... and I propably don't have chances to get a scholarship... ( But I know [I'm 14 btw.] grand unification theory, know an everything about light ( light years and others ) and many, many more, but I can't
@Czarny621 It's not that difficult to get a green card dude, you're 14 and already have big plans and dreams, most 14 year olds all they think about is girls and doing stupid ish, you can start by studying up and getting into a good university, maybe you can find one there in Poland and after you finish your degree you can go to the states to do a PhD on a scholarship or something. I went to the UK for postgrad education in maths and met some people that were 'discovered' in their teens...
But studying in Poland? Naaah. That country is so stupid, that after finish university, you actually can't get a job because of "no job expierience", nice paradox, isn't it?
how much that a month. im only 15 but im dreaming about moving there and live high up in those buildings.. wonderings what prices goes.. just wanna know in general :)
@MONST3R46@Skating4Passion It must be a pain in the ass to get furniture up there! or atleast groceries! Where did u move to now? Still around new york? I was thinking about moving there. but ehhh now that you were like theres nothing up there. idk.
@Skating4Passion It must be a pain in the ass to get furniture up there! or atleast groceries! Where did u move to now? Still around new york? I was thinking about moving there. but ehhh now that you were like theres nothing up there. idk.
this is a really nice apartment....this is sum i would like to live in if i decide to live in manhattan, which area, or neighborhood are yo in? Upper West side??
@xDbritt It's ok ;). I'm 17 so I don't have a job, my brothers pay the rent. And to the kid saying I have a ford fiesta, well I don't even have a car. My brother dom's girlfriend has an Infinity and not to sound cocky but my brother nick had a Lamborghini for 2 years. :)
@wordsandherbs You obviously don't know me to say something like that. I have struggled and worked hard for a lot of things in life. And I'm pretty sure I can see just fine. You're an asshole...
@droppinsumfudge Kid I don't even know you, I'm 17 and I wouldn't ever go for a piece of shit car like that. So don't say I do have one because I don't and you don't know shit. Fucking faggot.
@croistior How can you make such an accusation? You know nothing about me therefore you can't say shit. Let's see how your lifestyle is and your manners, oh wait I'm sure you don't have any to be talking about mine. Good day.
umm i have a friend lives right in that area and people from their have a little more class than you if you know what i mean! and how do you pay for that its at least 5k a month or you and your 2 brothers all in this appt??? umm not having things to do in nyc??? i dont think so... your visiting and wanted to look cool by posting this!
@amirgyg (Big Inhale) LOL! That area is cool, it's an awesome place I'm not going to lie it is great for tourists and other things (too much to list) and I do have class so I have no clue what you mean maybe even more class than you. I don't pay for the rent, I moved from there and I have an updated apt video if you are so kind to check out, My brothers pay the rent I am 17 years old... Did you not notice the big annotation in the beginning of the video where it paused the video for a few ......
@amirgyg Did you not notice the big annotation in the beginning of the video where it paused the video for a few seconds? I will take it as a no because you are obviously oblivious. How can you even speculate my life when you don't even know a thing about me? And the answer to that is you can't. I'm not visiting and had no intentions of making myself look cool. Have a great day when the sun rises in a few hours! =D
Wow great place the view looks exquisite... My parents have an investment condo not to far from there, I believe you live somewhere around 56th street?? Ours is on the Upper east side, its on 200 E 66th street, Its vacant right now, so for anyone LOOKING, hit me up!
Geez people quit picking on the guy! let him do his own thing it's no one's business. At least he was generous enough to show the video during that time frame. Indeed a lovely place! btw.
Being tired is not an excuse for acting like a total moron. Nothing to do in New York? How dumb are you? Not to mention that you burped while making the video. It's quite obvious that you did not earn it yourself. Stop depending on your family's money and you might appreciate what you have... or had.
@blablaqq Being tired is a fucking excuse, it made me sound blah. I don't sound like a moron in this video also burping while making a video does not mean I didn't earn it. You don't know me and I will leave it like that. And also yes there is a shit loads of stuff to do in NYC didn't you see the fucking annotation on the bottom of the video? And I'm 17 so of course I'm depending on my families money dipshit. I appreciate everything I have and am a part of so shut the fuck up and get blocked cunt
Even if I expound my view on how un-intelligent you sound, it will inexorably lead to an acrimonious debate. You will continue to try and convince me that my subjective point of view is moot while whatever you say is factual. So why am I wasting precious moments of my time responding to you? Simply, you do not represent Americans as a whole sir; and I feel sorry for you.
Im currently 14 studying to become a trader and i love your apartment, when i grow up I'm going to live there! how much did you pay for it? and what area is (east side, west)
Any help would be appreciated!
:D

@xDbritt It's ok ;). I'm 17 so I don't have a job, my brothers pay the rent. And to the kid saying I have a ford fiesta, well I don't even have a car. My brother dom's girlfriend has an Infinity and not to sound cocky but my brother nick had a Lamborghini for 2 years. :)

You obviously have not struggled or worked for anything a day in your life. Your eyes are open, but you do not SEE.
wordsandherbs 1 year ago
@wordsandherbs You obviously don't know me to say something like that. I have struggled and worked hard for a lot of things in life. And I'm pretty sure I can see just fine. You're an asshole...
MONST3R46 1 year ago
Why didn't you take us to see your ford fiesta...??

droppinsumfudge 1 year ago
@droppinsumfudge Kid I don't even know you, I'm 17 and I wouldn't ever go for a piece of shit car like that. So don't say I do have one because I don't and you don't know shit. Fucking faggot.

@croistior How can you make such an accusation? You know nothing about me therefore you can't say shit. Let's see how your lifestyle is and your manners, oh wait I'm sure you don't have any to be talking about mine. Good day.

amirgyg 1 year ago
@amirgyg (Big Inhale) LOL! That area is cool, it's an awesome place I'm not going to lie it is great for tourists and other things (too much to list) and I do have class so I have no clue what you mean maybe even more class than you. I don't pay for the rent, I moved from there and I have an updated apt video if you are so kind to check out, My brothers pay the rent I am 17 years old... Did you not notice the big annotation in the beginning of the video where it paused the video for a few ......
MONST3R46 1 year ago
@amirgyg Did you not notice the big annotation in the beginning of the video where it paused the video for a few seconds? I will take it as a no because you are obviously oblivious. How can you even speculate my life when you don't even know a thing about me? And the answer to that is you can't. I'm not visiting and had no intentions of making myself look cool. Have a great day when the sun rises in a few hours! =D
MONST3R46 1 year ago
Wow great place the view looks exquisite... My parents have an investment condo not to far from there, I believe you live somewhere around 56th street?? Ours is on the Upper east side, its on 200 E 66th street, Its vacant right now, so for anyone LOOKING, hit me up!

@lynch390 Are you calling me a dumbass? If so for what reason??
MONST3R46 1 year ago
Being tired is not an excuse for acting like a total moron. Nothing to do in New York? How dumb are you? Not to mention that you burped while making the video. It's quite obvious that you did not earn it yourself. Stop depending on your family's money and you might appreciate what you have... or had.
blablaqq 1 year ago
