BFTC is a huge piece of shit. If you liked it so be it. This was my opinion so get the fuck over yourself.

Our videos aren't really for people who feel the need to be vilified by reviewers telling them that it's ok to like the books that they do. There is already tons of stale bullshit like that on you tube. Maybe you would be happier watching one of those.

Point of reference, don't pander to us. When life is good life is good. Yeh it's funny when you rant and rave, but do it from the heart man. Feel the hate and have the need to let it out.

Trust me agmaster, I really did feel the hate on this book. It truly was a huge piece of shit. The hate just flowed out quite easily and it took up 2 whole segments.

The day I start pandering will be the day I stop doing these videos with Elliot.

Whats the difference between now and the year bats, nw, and robin took off after infinite crisis? With just Harvey dent and batwoman in charge gotham was fine. didnt the bat squad put down the gotham gangs 5 minutes ago in gotham underground? this book instead of making batman look good just shows all his a hard work over the years has been for nothing, yet again i felt ripped off by dc

During the year Batman and Robin were gone from Gotham, the city was still defended by then "reformed" and unscared Harvey Dent, the then "mysterious" Batwoman (cassandra kane), Renee Montoya (prior to her globe-trotting with the Question), Huntress, and later, Nightwing (who returned to Gotham 3 or 4 months prior to Batman and Robins return)

I wasn't going to read battle for the cowl but it was a slow week so i picked it up, and I actually enjoyed it. Watching this now, not only do I feel like an idiot, but I'm somehow enjoying this review more than I enjoyed the book? Which is a strange thing really, you're ripping something I liked... and I like it! A true testament to the charm of your angry ranting. Keep up the good work guys!

Nah, don't feel like an idiot pobra. If you liked the book, you liked it. Don't let our opinions keep you from enjoying the things you do. Jose has a very low threshold of tolerance for certain writers/artists and BFTC just pushed him over the edge.

Thanks watchwrestling, but I do need to be careful of what I say and how I say it out of respect for my fellow creators. It's just a reality of the business.

While I may not particularly care for the work of certain writers/artists, I still acknowledge that they have followings and a measure of success that I don't have presently. And I don't want to be the kind of guy who makes a name for himself by dissing others. Thanks for your support, though.

This is the type of book I go into knowing it's no going to be a classic, but read purely as an event to see who is going to be the new Batman. Regardless of how you feel about the book, at least DC's only making you wait for 3 issues to find out.

Wow. The sounds a bit....what's the word...conrtived, no? From what you guys have said the story seems to make little sense, if any, at all. Noteably the part in which several hereos fail to contain and maintain the order one hero, Batman, did for so long. What about his, though? What if the other heroes, depsite their numbers, just aren't as skilled, feared, or respected as Batman was so as a result theres less cuase for caution and all the villian are having a field day, so to speak?
