Hello Colin, I have really enjoying watching many of your videos. I have purchased the paper you use..the Ingres in sand but was wondering which side you use? They seem to have different textures. I have tried out the rough side but the results are dismal!! You make it look so easy!!! Many thanks,
What do you use to initially draw the item you paint with pencil pastels? Would appreciate your answer. I would love to begin working with pastels. Thanks.
WOW you are soooo good.AMAZING!! I have also decided to start painting with pastel pencils but I don't know where to buy the pastel paper you use in your videos...can you recommend any other paper I can purchase in Germany?I've looked everywhere in the Internet and the only paper that seems ok to me and that I can get here is the Fabriano Ingres Avorio, but isn't that too thin(90g)?
Ooooh how I hate Germany.Would be so kind of you to help me...
Thank you for your kind comments. Many people have mentioned the angle of the camera It is very close to the picture and I have to move to one side. This does make it difficult for me to see properly but it does give the viewer a good view. I used 15 pastel pencils on this particulr picture and there are 60 in the complete set.
@NintendoChiiDS Thank you again. Best regards
Colin.

Do you teach "eyelashes" in any of your videos? I have a terrible time trying to get them to look right.
Thanks:)

Pretty eyes! Well done:)
How do you set up your camera so you can film so close and yet see what you are doing? I'm perplexed. :s
How many colors are in the set you use?
Thank you so much!
