But of course only for educated people that judge well-thought.

@alola87 of course the reason does matter - not all people can understand what is said in the movie by the other people, and neither are all people familiar with all justice systems of the world. could be, that punishing people (man and woman) like this is a common punishment in sudan - videos always need explaination to give all the same background information. no intelligent, reflective person will condemn a punishment without knowing why it is done and whether it is justified.

@matz29 and I was just proposing this idea as many people posted here the question (and were given an answer) why she was punished ... so I just had the idea to make it easier for the viewers ... to be sure, that the concern of injustice is correct ... example: if she killed somebody and this was the punishment - I would call this a very human punishment; so the judgment of the action of course is based on background information. But of course only for educated people that judge well-thought.

ثانيا:ان يكونوا جميعا شاهدوا في حاله انكاح فعليا
وهذا امرا صعبا حتي زمن رسولنا الكريم صلي الله عليه وسلم
الرسول لا حاكم من غير شهود .
كان ايضا يتحاشاه الا اذا اضر
ولا بفوت عليكم قصه المراه التي اعترفت علي نفسها
