@DrDarbyDavis G, D, Em, C, G, D, C. Same chords all the way through. Capo on the 2 usually, but he used it on the 1. Capo wherever it sounds best with your voice. If you're having trouble hitting notes, move it down a half step or so. Play your heart out and make sure it shows. Enjoy!

@mykhailyk it's simple really, your third finger drops off the3rd fret of the A string (before using a capo) and your second finger picks up at the 2nd fret of the A string so you end up with an 0-2-0-0-1-0 (whatever that chord is) and straight into the G following. It's a great transition between C to Am or C to G commonly used in folk music. Good luck practicing!
