you should start out with hardline and then put sleight of hand because u only need 1 kill to get it and u dont need to reload until after your first kill.

Advantage to having hardline first, is you can capture a flag easily, or possibly get an assist (half a kill)

I don't see an advantage to having assassin first (or your tier 2 perk of your choosing) and THEN hardline. There's no real benefit, but I guess it depends on what your tier 2 perk is..

I rarely have a problem with ammo, so no scavenger for me

@MrMacca83 You only get the perks that you have unlocked. Therfore, if you haven't unlocked assassin pro, you will only recieve assassin. Also, if you haven't achieved the level for a perk to unlock, you will not recieve it at all.

Dude it would make more sense to run hardline as a starting perk, for example say your doing domination, you run to the flag and cap it. Bam, you got your first perk just by doing that then only two more for second and another two for third and to top it off, you earn specialist status at six instead of seven! Its foolproof you should try it out. I see that you use quickdraw so put it as first perk if anything. ;)

@TheScott749 If your not using a launcher, and already have an assault rifle for long range... and your going to get steady aim at some point... you would use them... they're stictly the best close quarter weapons in the game, save a shotgun. I don't use them because I almost always bring a launcher to help out my team and shoot down kill streaks.

wouldn't it be better for you to disregard scavenger entirely? You can pick up guns on the way to a 7 kill streak, and your initial ammo should be sufficient to reach a 7 kill streak anyway...

@nynick7 Why? Let's say you either start with Hardline/Assassin and the first perk you earn is the other one. If you start with Assassin, you have the bonus from spawn and it takes two kills to get Hardline and you get your fifth perk on the third kill. If you start with Hardline, you do not spawn with any good bonuses and you will get the fifth perk on the third kill regardless. The only benefit is getting 150 exp on the first kill.
