Indeed. He did brainwash Ness, who makes a cameo in Mother 3. As strange as it may sound, he's the unassuming hot dog vendor that appears several times throughout the game. He sells yo-yos and steak (Ness' favorite food). And during his last appearance, you find him suffering an ironic fate: unsuccessfully selling hotdog sushi (a useless item) right outside Porky's thearte where his past-self is idolized in the Earthbound spoof movie. It's the only movie the theatre plays.

If they made a Mother 4, an awesome scene would be (If they brought back the Mr. Saturns) Master Porky's spider mech comes to Saturn Valley, but the top of the mech has a cover on it so you can't see who is inside, and he sends missiles to bomb the entire valley. Then, the Mr. Saturns evacuate and after defeating the mech the first time, waaay later when you fight it again, the Mr. Saturns come back to kick ass because they thanked you for saving their valley. :D
