Probably not, but there are likely to be a smaller proportion of the population of Europe involved directly in butchery, where most blood is produced. I'd guess the % of the population of Europe who have ever skinned an animal is monumentally small.
Additionally, I'm guessing the main food intake of the av. European isn't meat, unlike the small populations this video was talking about.
if ure European then u have to inform yourself about whats happening before u get the steak on your plate or in the shops........check out the annual consumption of meat in your country. some of u are so ignorant about how things u get in your shops come about.
The point is that the people with the most exposure to meat are the butchers, who make up less of a proportion of the population in highly developed countries.

what about cooks.......and others indirectly involved?! i will say this....u guessed wrongly about the amount of meat intake by Westerners.... so what are insinuating about the butchers population in developing countries?.........And where do u think the influenza virus came from?
almost all cooks deal with processed meat, and dont come into nearly as much contact with blood.
In less developed countries where machine techniques are not available, and local economies are highly important, of course there will be more butchers. And this video stated it was looking at populations with high protein intake! Thus my comment on more butchers
