  • how do you keep your balance on the 2nd move and keep your legs straight and feet flat on the last?

  • During this video I had trouble keeping my feet flat on the last move. Any suggestions to help with that? I mainly just stayed on my heels because I couldn't flatten my feet. Thanks! Keep up the awesome work! :)

  • Gave it a try. All exercises are easy to me ... except last one ! Can't get into a proper reverse plank with feet FLAT on the ground. Next time : a lot more reps and learn to do that reverse plank properly xD

  • I have kind of an embarrassing question. Whenever I try to do that move where you put your legs over your head, my vagina lets out air. Does that happen to anyone else and if so, how do I stop it?

  • I had a really hard time doing the last exercise more where Karena is in the backwards plank. I hope it's just I need to get more flexible but I couldn't really do it! Was I the only one who had a hard time? Karena made it look like easy as pie. =]

    I was just wondering if you could make a separate video series for teens, or maybe create a diet plan for teens?

    My BMI is pathetically 30 and there are literally no real diet plans out there for teens... none. And I figured since you're actually connected with your fans you would be willing. Just a suggestion. I know I would buy it and tons of other teens would.

  • @easyvintage Age doesn't matter. I'm 18, have their diet plan & do their workouts and I'm in the best shape of my life. It's just a matter of having the drive & determination to get to your goal. The Tone It Up community is here for you! You can do it :-)

    also im a competitive swimmer and 16yrs old. my practices are 3 hours long 6x a week but i feel as if i dont burn off the calories as much as i used to when i danced. like my metabolism was a lot faster and now its kinda slower why is this??

  • @twiLiGhtObsesSeD12x it may be because your body has gotten used to swimming, once your body gets used to a certain workout it just becomes immune in a way to it and you won't burn as many calories

  • I love this workout!!! Please do more workouts like this that require no equipment, just some floor space and 10 minutes!!! They are the perfect thing for me!! I just did this workout and I have done it for the past two days and I can really feel it working!!!! Can't wait for the next video! :))

  • @purplydreamz you can bend your legs instead of extending them all the way. Basically do the same moves only with your legs bent...

  • @tbb902 hey! i am 14 and i do these workouts so i think you should be fine. i am a former competitive gymnast so my body is used to the tough workouts but since you said you're into fitness your body probably is too.

  • @tbb902 you can definitely workout at any age! Just be smart about it, exercise 30-60 minutes a day, make sure you take at least 1 rest day per week! And eat anywhere from 1200-2,000 calories depending on your height and activity level :)

  • @tbb902 I'm 14..and asked them the same question! It's perfectly healthy! Just dont start lifting weights..it can potentionally stun your growth and isn't good. But body-weight exercise are TERRIFIC! Good for you :)
