Mistake !!!

6,5 % 3bet indicator is not a range of 6,5 % hands.

3 bet % = number of 3bets / all opportunities of 3betting he got

Yes and No!

You are right when you say: the 3 bet % = number of 3bets / all opportunities of 3betting

but this number can then be used to put your opponent on a range. Consider the example...

Your opponent has 1000 opportunities to 3-bet and he 3-bets 70 times. His 3-bet percentage is 7%. It follows that he 3-bets 7% of hands... ASSUMING that he 3-bets the same hands each time. For players that vary the hands they 3-bet their range will be slightly greater than their 3-bet %.
