  • haha! tiramisu-beeramisu :P

  • Tiramisu is usually made with rum, right?

  • @StarleePie47 Rum or marsala, or even without liqueur... here's the original recipe! youtube.com/watch?v=at3lDNBGJlA

  • Deb has the greatest skin!

  • Can i have a stupid question? I dont like beer, can i substitute it with coke?

  • @hotmaledotcomdotah Actually I don't know... you can try, but I would omit the coffee... let me know!

  • i dont get the mascarpone cheese where i live is there a substitute for this?

  • @MsKijaro You could replace with ricotta cheese, or another type of firm cheese with a neutral taste. If you can't get it, just use more whipped cream!

  • OMG! SHE JUST APPEARED OUTTA NOWHERE O_O

    sonia can do anything ;0

  • love it, thank you very much

  • the angle of the video cam is a bit odd...too close up i guess...seems a bit blurred every time it is focused on the food >.<

  • @TheKLSgal Thanks for the suggestion

  • Hi, this looks like fun and I really want to try it! But I'm wondering how much different is it from the tiramisu? Is the taste of the beer remarkable? Thanks for the videos. I love them!

  • @lamedelam There's just a slight aftertaste, I'm sure you'll like it!

  • would have been better with dark beer

  • Uhmmm... What KIND of beer? Beer isnt just beer, especialy in germany.

Altbier, White Beer, Pilsner Beer, Cologne Beer, Redgold Beer, Lagerbier, Bockbeer...

  • @FoxDF We used pale ale, as you can see in the video, but you can choose your favourite type

  • well let's think like that, beer has it's taste, but when it's heated it becomes a little sweet, with such amounts of sugar it would only give somewhat taste, won't try that though xD.

  • @Hexpigge You're right, the beer cooked in this way looses the alcohol content and becomes sweet with a slight aftertaste... we eat every recipe we make and this was very good!

  • German food is one of the best! screw those who dont like beer :D

  • nope...NO beer for me and that kinda looks growse :S sry...

  • YES!!!

  • mmmm... No!
