  • That bike is a death trap at those speeds quoted by two people here (80+). The large plastic body catches the wind very badly in crosswinds and even at 40mph it can make the bike feel like it is coming out from under you. I L-O-V-E my Legacy, but you're playing with death driving a bike that only weighs 390 lbs dry and has a billboard body that loves to catch crosswinds. That's the only part of the bike that scares me when I'm riding is the all of a sudden swerve from crosswinds with no warning.

  • Peck, your looking for Martin Racing Products in Miami. They sell all the CF Moto hop-up parts:

    martinracingdealer.co

  • my 08 legacy tops out at 60 wtf do yall guys got sum mods and min is brand new even though its a 08

  • @peckerwood479 Top speed varies in any and ALL new vehicles (unless they are governed). However we have a bag full of hop up tricks for the V-3 and V-5. We have reports of fully modified models doing high 80's.

  • I have a 2009 Legacy 250cc. Pretty much the same bike. I used GPS software to track my trip on the freeway last weekend and topped out at 82.37mph. Plenty of speed to get up and go. Nice bike especially for riding around in town! Love mine!

  • how does it handle? im really considering one but self consious about its scooter appearance.. FULLY automatic? whats the top speed?

  • @BlainePistolle They handle just like a motorcycle, they do not look like a scooter to me at all. Fully automatic, no clutch to fek with. I can get mine up to 80mph. LOVE IT!!
