The correct way to say 123 is ciento veintitrés. U must always say the word Ciento if it´s 100+ number,without the word y =and. For example 100= Cien, and 128 = Ciento veintiocho.

So instead of as you said "ohn-say"

Shouldn't it be "Ohn-th-eh"

and so Diecisiete - shouldn't it be pronounced "Dee-eth-ee-see-eh-teh"?
