People on PC are GODS at stealth jumps/ map memorization etc. I guarantee you most pro Xbox CoD players will tell you they'd get demolished by PC pros. That's not to say Xbox takes no skill/practice. But it takes less, trust me. Pc runs at up to 250 frames per second. Not 30-60. ULTRA PRECISION. Also, anyone who says "1/10 as many people play on PC" need a reality check...Steam isn't the only way to play online.

@Robb2daFizzle the maps are exactly the same as the pc version. good console players and good pc players would be equal if they competed using the same hardware. the only time pc users would have an advantage is if the game was designed for pc, but thats obvious.

Many pro PC gamers have been mastering their shooting since Quake 3. Go try it, its free to play (Quake Live). Watch what happens to you in the noob servers...And don't even think of going to the intermediate where you'll get 0-50'd. I've run around massacring people on my friends Xbox a few times...

@Robb2daFizzle im not saying its the same, thats why i said if they were on the same hardware, the end results would be equal give or take a few kills. of course, you'd have to give the unfamiliar players time to get used to the hardware. in a game like cod, there are no major differences in skill level between the best pc and console players. i wasn't talking about games like quake, which pc players are better at, or games like halo, which console players are better at. im talking multi-plats.

@Robb2daFizzle I could show you a tournament on PC with a 2,000,000$ prize pools where the winning team got 700,000$. Counterstrike takes 100x more skill than any CoD game, console or otherwise. It's harder to learn to shoot with a mouse sorry...It is so much easier to turn analogs in someones direction and aim high, that you must have not really played on PC. You'll get destroyed. I know a guy who's an old CS pro who could probably kill you 25-0 and nade your spawn and rape you in CoD 4.

@BoomJay19 I have both aswell but you can't compare that, those facts don't count, you get 4x of your kills against people that have a KEYBOARD AND MOUSE aswell, so, all in all, the reason you get 4x as much, is because they just suck :/ Here again, i have BOTH, so i understand how it is.

@Niche79 We're not all "10 year old kids." I grew up on UT and Counter-Strike, but I prefer FPS on consoles. There are fewer hacks and whatnot to worry about. I still love playing RTS on the PC though. RTS will never be good on consoles.

Its the mix amp that makes them so pricey and its only really useful if you know how to use it and/or have teammates that have them because they are really good on LAN. I have a TBX1 atm but I might get a pair of Astros for xmas. I never had any problems with the TBs though.

Either way it's a situation of preference. I prefer the freedom of mouse and keyboard and, more importantly, dedicated servers..
