@auggiedoggy Nah, not a prodigy... My father used to listen these LPs when I was only a toddler. I began learning piano by myself at age 4 even if I wasn't allowed to "touch" the piano in our living room. At the same age, I took private children-oriented musical classes for 3 years. I had a natural talent. So one day, I found Neige's partition inside the piano bench and I just began practicing. At first, I played by ear, then started to look at the partition to be more acurate.
@auggiedoggy Then on day, I played it perfectly. It was a gift I did to my mother for his birthday. I practiced this song for about 6 months whitout her knowing. I knew she loved this song but wasn't able to play it correctly. (My mom's used to play some piano in her younger days). So yeah, it was the very first song I learned entirely. Other songs I played before that day were just "jam sessions" I did to entertain myself and to improve my skills.

I also really like the live version he recorded at Centre Molson (now Centre Bell) in Montreal - instrumentation was a little different but very dramatic.
