Nickelodeons version was ten times better, I know I grew up with it and watched it from the first episode in 91' this version had no beets, no honkerburger, and roger was rich instead of being poor trailer trash all those coupled together equalled massive failure

I can say one thing about the Disney version is that the animation is so much better, the Nick version had such crude, and corners-cutting animation.

This was kind of the 90s cartoon male version of Lizzie McGuire. Both characters were neither popular nor nerdy. Except Doug was more of a pansy. Anyway, I loved this show as a kid :)

I agree that the nickelodeon version was better, but just because disney made some changes, it dosent make the show bad. it was just like reality, cuz when you get older youll start to change. the disney version was just as good and it had a lot of messages, so I dont know what the heck yaw are talking about.

For some reason the animation style in the Disney version turns me off. The animation in the Disney episodes is much more crisp and less crude; the crudeness of the animation in the Nickelodeon version is what to me contained much of the show's charm.
