In this game doesnt throwing out a bomb throw off your score? Isnt there a chain system in play like in the dodonpachi series? Some of those bullet patterns look vicious in stage 3 and even in the stage 2 boss. Right now im trying to 1cc resurrection pal version and i always die in stage 3. I guess maybe becus im too focus on scoring than surviving though. This game and dai ou jou i read is a lot tougher than the more recent cave games. Is that true?
@gmintyfresh Just a quick heads up in case you havent checked recently (assuming you still need it) but theres a guy from Sheffield with a copy of Harmful park listed on ebay going via auction :)

If yes then its is a steal at £73, bet the seller was a bit gutted, I waited ages for an auction for that game, got fed up with waiting which is never a good thing & hit the buy it now, cant remember how much I paid but certainly over the ton. The game is pretty special for me as I think it was the first import I paid over the £100 for, bought it even before Radi Silvergun, its been downhill ever since lol
@craigsheree nfortunately I didn't win it mate, it was a bit rich for my blood I'm afraid -January has been an expensive month! It just cropped up at the wrong time, you were right though what a steal, I've fully budgeted to pay £100 notes for this myself! There's a long tale about the problems with a seller I've had over this in the past over this game which will be the topic of a future vid! Ha ha man this game really was a landmark game in your collection. my first £100+ game was Last Resort
@SCRATCHMASTERDAL Ha ha thanks mate, the game is so brutal and i'm only getting anywhere at the moment because i've been relentlessly chucking myself at it, thank god for the quick restart eh mate :D
Good run. Some painful little mistakes early on there mate. I can imagine you cursing yourself. Even after watching you tackle the S2 main bosses final pattern, I can't see where you can hide. I dont want to watch a pro play it as I want to experience the learning for myself. It just looks nuts.
@AmidstStorm I know mate i scored a bit poorly on level 1 in this run but I made up for it on level 2. Wiht the level 2 boss you've just got to try and weave through those bullet patterns I think. Yep I'm steering clear of the superplays too, I'm having too much fun learning stuff myself too :D
Good run there mate. I do like the look of this game although it would make my eyes go funny.
