i bought my wife the same rifle what a shooter had to work up a hand load didnt like factory to much im using a 95gr partiton rp case rem 91/2primer 431/2gr imr 4831 and oo baby what a shooter
Nice, however ,I make something similar on 164 yards(150 meters)with airgun,FAC version... Shit! I am good ;) As for I your video is super!Fact, wind was sound!Blew it from right part definitely? 5 stars.
I definitely had real problems keeping the rounds where I wanted them with the wind, yes. And I was making a real effort to move them left too...without overdoing it of course. Thanks for the feedback :)
i was shooting my 10/22 with mil dot scopes and harris bipod on a dragonuv stock at 200 yards i shot 5 times and 2 shots hit 1 inch from center is that good
It's probably lucky, sorry, but yes, it's good. The useful accurate range for a 10-22 is really only about 75 yards and 50 is even better. But keep practicing. In calm conditions and if you can control the recoil of the bolt (which affects accuracy) as well as the abysmal trigger, you may be able to print some decent 5-shot groups even out at 200 yards. Good luck!
More like "lucky".....My "built" 10/22 will do MOA at 100 yds if it's dead calm and I use target ammo....At 200 yds? "An act of God"!!!! That's way out of .22 LR range.....
I think I'd agree with that. It's got a longer reach than my Rem700VS .223 (though not as accurate) and it won't beat you up shooting it all day like a .308
They do indeed. I especially like the idea of pushing a 65gr bullet at 4000fps. I gotta say my 6BR won't do that. At best I might get 3700 or 3800 and I'll be pushing the pressures at that.
nice shoots!!!!

Nice groups, I'm sure they would have been smaller if that wind hadn't been blowing.

Is the Browning barrel twist for 55 grain varmint bullets? With that glass, it sounds like you have a nive varmint rig.

Wow, your a good shot, I am pretty bad at judging compensation for wind speed, I need a mil dot
smartpartzzkidd 3 years ago
do you have a moderator on your rifle- cause it seems pretty quiet- maybe it's just the wing blowing the sound away...

Nothing to brag here. I 17HMR can do much better at 100 yards than this.
paoersinthehouae 3 years ago
Not in that wind it won't.
USAPatriot1 3 years ago
Trust me....I've shot it in nastier condition. It's better than that. As long as the wind is consistent, it will group. It doesn't have to hit the X

@USAPatriot1 i have a 17 hmr,, and you are right...

@paoersinthehouae hmr .17 wouldn,t hit the target in that wind! I just got rid of mine , totally over-rated.

My old M70 .243 Featherweight has that kind of accuracy with 60 to 75 gr pills but what about that wind?!? Nice "doping"!

You can 'see' me trying to pull the slugs back to the right. I just didn't make it. Thanks though!

completely different situation... and no "act of god" if you're a good shot. Awesome video btw. I'd like to think my BLR in .243 would do that.

Thats why I love my .243's. If I could have only one rifle, thats what it would be. Great job.
