@GenyaArikado yeah, he's got an awakening, and then an awakening on top of that awakening if you enter the right command and the conditions are met. His commands change and so do his special attacks depending on if he's awakened or not.

He's an edit of the Street Fighter Alpha iteration. To my knowledge, Evil Ken has not appeared in a Street Fighter title. In the crossover games, there was a Violent Ken, however.
I got, Morrigan, Felicia, Captain Commando, his ninja partner(forgot his name), Lt. Kurosawa, Cammy, Strider Hiryu, and... okay, maybe I got seven. my bad.

lol. Inside jokes are cool! Especially when I'm on the inside! :p Yeah, later on, Insane Hiryu is able to change forms and his attacks and shtuff change. It's pretty darn cool.
haha. Yep, It's supposed to be the birthday party for Eliza, Ken's girlfriend, so a bunch of Capcom characters were invited. How many can you pick out?

nope.
evil ken isnt cheap at all. its just his AI that makes him strong. But if you scale down his damage then he is anything but cheap.
