A buddy of mine once made a terrible midi-tune he appropriately called "This song will make you crazy". It kinda sounds like the outdoor-music in this game, though the outdoor-music manages to sound even worse.

I think that listening to this song over a longer period of time might be hazardous to your health. You have been warned...:p

Sorry to comment again, but I think it's slow and glitchy because this was originally for a disk, having to keep loading over and over. A cartridge probably would've fixed it. Or it was just too much for the system.
