i wont argue it, anything with a ss badge or z06 or anything carrying a ls engine is pretty damn good. They sound awesome, alot of their parts are interchangeable, they can take alot of power on a stock block. aftermarket is awesome. But chev gets too much cred. Honda is the same damn way, just 4 cylinders, cheaper, omnipresent and pretty damn close to being a race car. I been around LS series and Fords Modular family, just check into honda and you will find that everything is the same damn way.
