It was then carried forward by government that we continue to pay taxes, no matter if the taxes were lawfully founded. I beleive that taxes are unlawful, everything is taxed here. I've been studying families with hereditary and non-hereditary titles. The majority of them have some sort of country house, small holding (farm), or are still heavily involved in primary industry in some capacity.

They never stopped being self sufficient and in fact used whatever leverage they could gain to increase their holdings.
