I can definitely relate with Lori. I grew up in a family terrified of snakes. Then one day, got cornered by one inside the washroom and I couldnt get out cuz it was blocking the door. So I picked it up and tossed it gently on the side. It was just a teeny little guy and didnt even try to bite or anything. Guess they werent so bad after all... Now I have 15 snakes I keep in my room. Hope to increase my collection and be a breeder like you guys too!

I have 1 hognose snake :) He is all i have for now, but is really sweet and adorable. I really want a python but i'll stick with my hognose for now! I love snakes because they are so interesting and neat. Not to mention, adorable! My favorite time to watch my snake is during feeding because it's really interesting. I have always loved snakes. I have never had a fear of them. the first snake i handled was an adult wild 7ft bull snake. And loved them more ever since. Not only do i like the fact that they dont eat as much or take as much maintenance as other pets, but there behavior just fascinates me. I had a juvi bull snake a little while ago but will get another bull or maybe a brairds rat or flame goins king. It seems like you have nothing agianst hybrids, I might try a goins king bullsnake hybrid :)

I like snakes because of their various personalities. I've had two snakes one was a black and white California King Snake and the other was a Corn snake. The King snake had the best personality while the Corn snake had the worst personality either way I loved them both and plan to buy more in the future.

I've only had 2 snakes one was the greatest in the world because he was literally your best friend. Whether he was sheding or not you could pick him up and let him hang out and watch TV with you. He was funny cause he always tried to push buttons on the remote which never really worked out for him. His name was Elvis and he was a California King Snake. The other was an evil Corn snake.
