Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei's Chen Style is very impressive. His Qi expression is exceptional. He is one of the great ones!

My Sigung would not approve. He's constantly moving his 'centre', his tantien is not wel rooted, and he's collapsing his knees, gaze is not fixed.... not good.

I am not sure if you realize this gentleman is a direct descendant of the Chen Family and he's been practicing his family's forms all his life. I would go with Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei before I'd go with anyone else, even my own sifu.

I can't imagine leaving my Si Gung for a master I didn't know..... even if said master was twice as good as my own..... My Si Gung is like a father to me..... I'll be his student forever.

I study under a disciple of Grandmaster Chen and have studied under GM Chen when he visits every year... , and GM Chen always speaks of "moving from center". A good martial artist may move "quick as a rabbit, alight like a cat, and be immovable like a mountain.", as my teacher would say. I'm sure your own teacher is very good, but i'm betting your Sigung would not talk so badly about a fellow martial artist and master.
