  • @chubakoide3000 You'll be lucky to put that kind of muscle on. 35lbs isn't likely pure muscle mass. Just look up proper diet and you'll be good to go. Diet is going to make up 80% of your gains and will be the hardest commitment to make.

  • i think all he did was curl cause his arms is all i saw gain mass, btw he couldve easly gained that much muscle hes young its called a growth spurt he couldve gained 10-15 lbs of mass from not even working out, then he prob got 1015 lbs of muscle from the "newbie" effect the rest was prob fat and water weight.

  • @laCruz40oz He had no Creatine Supplements in his diet. He cauldn't have had much water weight. He has done good. Don't be jelous. Be happy that someone is working out, and getting bigger each day. :)

  • @GOODBADGAMER how am i jealous or hating? im giving perfect explanations to those who dont understand how a young teen gains 35 pounds of muscle, im just saying he gained alot of muscle but not all of it was muscle, and seeing as i can gain 6-10 pounds in one day of water weight on a vegetarian diet with no creatine supplement,no meat (meat has creatine in it) therefore i get 0 of it. alot of it couldve easly been water weight my friend. im not upset this kid is working out at all, kudos for him

  • @MoniveaRFC Also I forgot to mention a huge factor in gaining muscle quickly has a lot to do with your age.... If your anywhere from age 12-19 working out you will not gain near as much as a 20-25 year old. I'm 22. If you want tips subscribe i'll be posting nutrition n workout vids.   • I wish I had your ab genetics =\ My abs looks weird. They look "fine", but meh. Only way for me to have a 6 pack is if I drop to an extremely low body fat. The top 4 look really nice and defined but the bottom 2 aren't as defined. You on the other hand have 6 right off the bat.... with 2 more at your belly button area...

  • @IrishSaint53 Sure. All you really have to do is do a lot of pushups and chin-ups to failure( tll you can't do it anymore), and push ups to failure. Then, you have to eat a lot of nuts afterr your workout, and milk, and bananas and water during your workout.

  • To everyone who has seen this video, this guy did this with hard work constantly, if people want to see improvement, you have to put the time and effort in simple as that. diet helps to eat high amounts of protein, i started going to the gym with my friend over summer, we went 5 days a week 2 hour sessions for 2 months stair, eating high protein food ie jsut abotu any meat, eggs with some carbs and put on 2 stone in muscle and toned out. if you WANT to get big just put the effort in.

    I've gained 45 pounds of... primarily muscle in the past 4 months. ~10-12lbs is fat, according to my caliper.

    Just the joys of being young. Well, the mass gain shakes helped too.

    ive already made the decision to start lifting...I am about 3.5 weeks in and have absolutely ZERO doubt in my mind to continue...i am an ectomorph and already see some results mainly in the shoulders and biceps but god damn this video pumped me up...i love eminem too and this is without a doubt going in my workout tracks.

    This video was the positive motivation and edge I needed...it's always great to see real results.

You probably thinking im not gaining weight because i am a hard gainer but it's not... It's just you eat not enough. Try to gain 1-1.5kg a month do full body workout first 6 months then start with split.

    Tuna & Eggs are super cheap so use that as main source of protein with some Chicken if you can afford.

    Rice, Bread, pasta, yam (are highest in carbs), and potatoes are all super cheap

    I went from 140 to 180 and I'm hoping for 200 lbs by May

    Well, first are you looking to drop weight or gain weight

    If your going to be dropping look up the Keto diet or some kind of low carb diet & high protein just hit the weights as much as possible with cardio on off days.

    If your trying to gain weight u want a high protein & high carb diet also hit the weights with less cardio unless you want to lean bulk the whole way through and trust me 2-3 yrs. is what it takes

    If you need a routine look up SS(Starting Strength)
