So why would you buy a 7 series after seeing this? Aside from the front, from the middle to the back the car looks virtually the same as a 7.. Good design for this car since they've definitely given it a great refreshener and made it look classier, but not sure of the point considering its going to really draw away 7 buyers in my opinion

Nice looking, will take a bit of a time getting used to. There seems to be a bit of mix and match in completing the car. Straight on it is bound to be mistaken for a 3 , the rear now like a 7 and the way it is sort of tapering in, like a G35. Looking at if from the side at 0:38 the front feels like a mitsu lancer. Sounds extremely quiet though, wish they had stuck to the previous model's cues and made it better that way it would have had its own individuality. Seems to be riding a bit high.

Good job BMW! I like this one a lot better than previous 5 series. Some people find the the rear a bit ugly, I think its awesome. The front is also made very elegantly. I was afraid at first that they would use the same front design as was used for the "gran turismo" model. That would really have been ugly and annoying.

I wish that they had stayed more in line with the CS car at Shanghai. This new car just isnt agressive eough for me. That, and with no V10 for the upcoming M5, this new model really is a letdown from simply the looks perspective. This may change as more details are learned, but right now the car looks grim to me.

This new 2011 is coded the F10; my car is the previous 5-series model, the E60. Quite a few exterior styling changes that I'm uncertain about -- at first glance. But I expect I'll fall in love with this new model also -- after driving one!
