Thank you thank you for doing this. This is the first if they mated clip that includes Conan and the audience reaction which always made the skits funnier to me. All the other clips are the photos alone with some cheesy ass background music added.

They ruined this bit during the last few years by taking too many liberties with photoshop, rather than the simple photo merging/blending that they used to do like here.

@hughJ25 I agree, the simpler photoshopping made it funnier because you could still see some truth in it. After awhile it became too over the top. Sometimes less is more.

@hughJ25 I respectfully disagree: i think these are great too, but I think they became funnier when they began to really make them insane.They took every facial feature and blew them up, and I tend to think those are the funnier ones.

@JSelby *shrug* When they get to the point where they're effectively just creating a cartoon caricature from scratch instead of using photo elements, the bit loses something. It goes from a bit doing, "holy cow it's ugly, yet somehow still looks human" to "let's make a cartoon making fun of movie star X's big nose!"
