The only dark skinned country where this does not hold true is pakistan and india . where the girls maybe dark or light with no mix of blood but might end up with kinky, wavy, str8 with rough or str8 with naturally poker str8 hair. There are few africans who are very light without race mix too i will accept but thats a negligible probability.

India & Pakistan are countries. thereby such drastic differences are surprising ... I have seen Pakistanis and Indians who look Arabic, and some from parts of north like Kashmir etc. luk literally caucasian white. Its a marvel.

Like the arabs of UAE, they orginailly were dark and wide nosed...
