the reason you don't see the handle come up and it his nuts is because it's moving too fast, and the frames per second and resolution of the camera are too low.

the handle of the shovel went as far up as his knees if you watch the slow motion part youll see that when the tire hit the shovel the first time, cause it bounced on it, it barely moved during the initial hit because the tire landed dead center on the shovel head. It only went up when the tire hit the second time and even then it only went knee high. So yes this is a fake if you dont believe me then put it on fullscreen and watch the slow motion part a few times.

actually if you look closely, the first swing does come pretty high up between his legs. The camera used to shoot it is just too slow to show it really well. However, by the speed he gets up, I doubt it was a good hit if there was one.
