Lets look at it this way though... Lets just say I make 50,000 dollars a year fresh off college meaning I pay an income tax rate of 25% thus 12.5k leaving me with 37.5k. Now what if I was an assistant manager who stopped after high school who makes say 35,000 dollars a year meaning I pay 15% tax leaving him with 29.75k. Now just after subtracting income tax from the difference is 7.75k. Add onto that more taxes such as s.s and medi taxes the 50 salary drops faster than the 35 as 1% of 50 is > 35

We have to make it so that if someone outside the country makes something and sells to americans, they pay at least as much in taxes as if they live in the country and sell something to Americans. Companies are bailing for countries like switzerland and ireland that have low corporate tax rates. There is also hundreds of billions of dollars WAITING to be repatriated back into the united states, but the repatriation tax is so high it's not even worth it to bring home. It seems apparent that he is referring to how the US deals with countries economically. I happen to believe that the US is too generous in dealings with other countries and can no longer afford it. Trade deficits are bringing us to our knees and closing our manufacturing plants which in turn leaves US citizens without jobs. I have poersonally witnessed the closing of manufacturer after manufacturer. Trump may be loud and pompus but he is telling it like it is, like it or not.

Companies are bailing for countries like switzerland and ireland that have low corporate tax rates. There is also hundreds of billions of dollars WAITING to be repatriated back into the united states, but the repatriation tax is so high it's not even worth it to bring home. We have some seriously issues we need to resolve.
