@nikkotg78 GM quit making Frigidaires in the 80's and WCI bought the division and gave it the Franklin wash design which is being displayed on the current machines, but I might be wrong though
Do not use HE detergent in a top loader, it is far too concentrated, this is why it is not rinsing out properly. Front loading (and impeller top loaders) have several rinses and high speed spins to get the detergent out.
Switch to a standard detergent (Cheer, Tide, and Purex still make a non HE). And meter your detergent carefully.
And vice versa, never use standard detergent in an HE washer, it suds too much and there is not enough free water for the washing action to work.
I know that's false. HE detergent is normally low sudsing, and it wouldn't matter if it's used in a top loader, or a front loader. All detergent I see uses the same amount, regardless of regular, or HE.
For the record, I have a front loader, and use regular detergent in it. Never have problems with sudsing, as I've used front loaders for over 20 years, and the model I have is 10 years old. HE detergent wasn't around when I got my front loader.
I find that especially true with any Proctor & Gamble detergent. Even their HE detergents sometimes oversud. I own a front loader, and use regular, as I know how much to use, since HE detergent wasn't around when I got my front loader 10 years ago. Even with a top loader, I never got it to sud up
Frigidaire needs to rethink that agitator

see how the same towels keep spinning around the top! Because the tub is spinning and working against the agitator

@MyDan58 I know, I wonder what brain dead engineers came up with this design to have the tub spin while washing.

Maybe you need to ease up on how much detergent you use!

i'm not sure this is accurate. HE detergent merely means it is less sudsy.

Looks good.

Perhaps cut back a little on detergent. Some detergent manufactures instructions are too much. Use about half the amount recommended.
