I am 51 yrs old...spent eons in downtown Omaha and yes, there were eccentric people wandering the streets down there....but I nor any of my kids who are now adults encountered anything seedy. Maybe we werent LOOKING to find this kind of activity. Omaha is a good city.

Wow, I always thought Omaha was pretty nice. Not anymore. Now that their secrets are being exposed why don't more citizens come forward to demand the state clean up its act. The bad guys just move to another area. It makes Omaha look really bad that they don't face the issue. If they continue to try to hide their past they will look worse, and worse.

Sure Omaha has had it's problems in the past but just because they don't go about telling everyone "we have prostitutes and drug deals real bad" doesn't mean that they are trying to hide it. I can guarantee you that it isn't consoled. Furthermore, this man is talking about the 80's. It's 2009 now and things have changed. On top of that I seriously question the eligibility of him. I think half of what he's said is a lie and I'd like to know hwo his sources are.
