The comparisons with the classic Stones sound are apt...this was produced by former Stones/Traffic producer Jimmy Miller..."I'm a Man", "Honky Tonk Women" (he is also the cowbell in that one for you "more cowbell" fans), and Exile on Main Street. Primal Scream wanted that sound and he gave it to them. Miller died of liver cancer three years after this came out. Amazing record!
