Thanks, James! My diet is pretty "normal"...since childhood I sort of instinctively have avoided red meat (nothing but poultry and seafood), carbonation and artificial sweeteners. Vegetarian diet has never worked for me for long.

I have been practicing yoga for a long time...but these are all clips from the last 2 years, when I have been focusing on training my backbend.
