This was also in Goldeneye 007 for Nintendo 64. There was an Airstrip level with a tank you could drive, and if you ran someone over, you may have hear the Wilhelm Scream.

that is edited.. i played gta for 3 years till i got bored of it and i never heard the wilhelm scream at all in it

its just a wilhelm going over a gta scream, but they do blend in pretty close to each other though :P

It's a programming script. If you shoot that guy, he's scripted so that he falls forward and does the Wilhelm Scream down the stairs. The other scream you heard might've been one of the frightened lawyers.

I've found the Wilhelm Scream in the PS3 version of GTA IV, didn't hear it for very long though as the security guard fell on his head.

@lastaccounthas650fav Maybe its easter egg, you know, the body fells down everytime, and the falling will ,,trigger´´ some script or something and it makes that sound :D I love wilhelms scream, Its fn finding them :D
