Lorna

  • You just keep revealing more talents all the time! Not only nice singing, but nice singing in a foreign language! Very well done!

  • @hairyhondaman ha ha, hmmm, since when is Karntnerland Mundarte a foreign language? It's English that gives us pronunciation problems ;-)

  • @hairyhondaman Thanks so much! I am delighted that you enjoyed my first Bavarian singing. And I give enormous credit to Geoff for his coaching!

    Lorna

  • perfect Bavarian pronunciation! :-) You must have had a very good teacher. it's just great.

Greetings from Stuttgart (in Baden-Wuerttemberg, not in Bavaria but not too far away),

    Servus,

    Silvi

  • @sia1807 Thanks very much, Silvi! Geoff wrote it the phonetics for me and I practiced until I matched his pronunciation. Having sung in other languages, it came fairly easily. Your approval gives me the greatest joy! I'm very happy that it sounded convincing!

    Lorna

  • Hi Lorna, hi Geoff...i think you have practice a lot of "Kärntnerisch Dialect" pronaunciation for this very good performance. You are versatile artists and performers. lG Robert

  • @Accordioncrasy

Thanks very much, Istvan! So happy you like our song. This is my first song in German. Fortunately Geoff has been singing in German for many years and was a great assist to me. We'll be doing more of these duets in the New Year.

    My best wishes,
